Price Falls 4 of 4

Posted by
Jason Politte (Conway, AR, United States) on 5 June 2011 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Price Falls, a lesser known waterfall nestled within the Arbuckle Mountains of Oklahoma, is seen with the sun shining through the fall colors above. This small area is so beautiful and peaceful, it's hard to believe one is still in Oklahoma.

Twojays from Southwest Montana, United States

Pretty spectacular Jason! Fun work, that feature of exposure or speed, what ever you do to alter the image of falling water. The colors are brilliant, and yet very delicate looking. Titilates the sences. (Give me an A for that one.)

5 Jun 2011 2:53pm

@Twojays: Thank you very much, Joyce! I've always loved how water looks with a long shutter speed, and this was a perfect subject. :-)

5 Jun 2011 7:04pm

@Francisco Romero: Thank you Francisco! I used an ND filter at f22 to get a long shutter speed and stacked a grad ND to keep the sky in check - glad you like it.
